There seems to be an issue with 2 of the 6 servers at the USA datacentre. Updates to follow…
The problem has been resolved now and all servers should be back online. The outage lasted for less than 10 minutes.
If your AutoDJ/DNAS has not come back online then you can log in to the control panel to restart it, if you still have problems then please open a support ticket.
The datacentre have notified us that is was due to a problem with the switch that the two servers are connected to, which is why the other servers were not affected. They have fixed the problem now and are continuing to investigate the cause.
After a second short outage, the switch has been replaced and we expect no more outages or issues.
We have installed a new server for new value network customers based in the US. It is being tested currently and should be put online tonight or tomorrow, all new value network orders will be put on to the new server.
