We are currently experiencing packet loss on a small number of servers hosted on the USA network.. This is known to be affecting usa1-vn, usa3-vn and a small number of dedi customers.

This is being worked on and will be back to normal shortly.

USA Value Network – packet loss on some servers

Due to increasing demand, a new server has been added to our Value Network. The server is a USA based one located in chicago at Steadfast Networks.

We are rebooting AutoDJ server2 due to slowness. The cause will be investigated.

AutoDJ issue on one server

There is another issue unrelated to the previous one.

This is affecting a small number of shoutcast and autodj streams and looks like it’s due to a flood coming in to the switch that the servers are connected to.

The issue has been resolved. It only affected 2 out of our 15 servers and lasted for about 15-20 minutes.

USA network issue on some servers

One of our AutoDJ servers has gone down. This is being looked in to.

back on now. downtime was about 15 mins.

AutoDJ Server down

USA4-VN crashed so was rebooted. The downtime was about 10 minutes.

the downtime was about 10 mins and all streams should be back now. If you still have problems then please open a ticket
