There have been some short periods of downtime on some of our USA Value network servers due to DDoS attacks. The attacks were not aimed at our servers, but we have still been affected and the datacentre is working hard on stopping the attacks.

USA Value network – DDOS attacks

Customers using stream-music.net (in particular tv3.stream-music.net) may find that our AutoDJ is unable to connect to their shoutcast server. We have investigated this and it seems like tv3.stream-music.net is refusing requests from the IPs that we use – we’re not entirely sure why this is but we have contacted them to see if we can get the issue resolved, however it is entirely in their hands to unblock our IPs.

This post will be updated once we hear back from them.

We have heard nothing from stream-music.net regarding their blocking of our IPs. We can only assume that they are not allowing 3rd party autodj services to connect to their servers.

We are offering all customers of stream-music.net one free month of shoutcast hosting, and after the first month we will price match them for the life of the account.
