   the supprt tickets are very slow answering technical questions and live support never is on line

   There have been some problems with some of the servers lately and they will be worked on. Please note that the free service is NOT a professional streaming service and is provided on a best effort basis. There is a huge demand for free Shoutcast streaming so the servers inevitably get overloaded, I am however working on a system that shuts down unused streams to improve this.

   Support tickets opened by freestreamhosting customers are treated with extremely low priority and don’t represent the time taken to answer paying customers.

    Que decepcion no hay un mes sin problemas siempre se cae este servidor gratuito se arregla y vuelve a caer
    al entrar al panel de control hay que tomar cafe y comer galletas mientras abre la pagina es muy lento para ordenar que solo se encienda y ademas se apaga solo sin que uno lo haya apagado

    This is a FREE servicre, we offer no guarantee of uptime like we do with paid services. We do have to put a lot of people on to each free streaming server, this causes instability at times.

    Yes, support ticket replies for the FREE service are slow, this is because our paying customers get top priority – any reasonable person would agree with this policy – we will never prioritise people using our free service over our paying customers.

    I’m sorry that you don’t feel that you got your money’s worth, after getting a month of FREE streaming “without problems” (your own words) – I’m very happy to refund the £0 that you paid to use it!
