We will be performing maintenance which will put your service in an at risk period. This will last about 60 minutes, and during this time, your service is running at a higher risk of interruption if a failure occurs.

This maintenance is to improve the network and is necessary under our programme for increasing the reliability and redundancy of the network.

This will not have any impact on the service.

It looks like usa(1-5)-vn has just gone down, this is being worked on.

UPDATE 13:26: Servers are back online after a few minutes of downtime, I can see a small amount of packet loss but this should go away once the network has caught up with the demand.

It’s been a busy day, the control panels on both premium and value networks have been updated. There are still a few small things to fix but it’s about 95% done now. Most of the changes are behind the scenes.
