Over the last few days, a new outage reporting system has been introduced. We recommend that users of the service use the reporting system if a server is down or shows a MySQL error, as it sends us all of the relevant information which is required for us to fix the problem quickly.

It seems that the outage on uk1-vn is due to planned maintenance at the datacentre and will be back on in a couple of hours. Sorry for the lack of notice, it looks like their email got filtered into my spam folder.

It seems like uk1-vn has gone down. We have a ticket open with the datacentre to look in to this.

We have updated the server eu1.5net.co.uk to the latest version of cPanel and PHP. Some customers with outdated PHP code may find some errors regarding deprecated functions – these errors are turned on by default on PHP 5.3, however we will be making changes to remove the error reporting later tonight so they will disappear.

We recommend that all customers ensure that their scripts are up to date.
