I’m pleased to announce that all value network Shoutcast servers have been added to the new control panel at http://streampanel.mixstream.net/
If you have Shoutcast servers on the value network, then you can log in with the same details that you use for your billing account. You will now see all of your servers under a single control panel.
The overall aim of the new control panel is to bring all streaming services ‘under one roof’ so that there are not multiple panels to log in to for customers that are hosted on different value/premium servers.
There are some limitations:
- If your billing username(email) is different to that of your normal control panel login, then the servers won’t be displayed. If this is the case then please open a support ticket to get your account updated.
- The new panel will not yet work for resellers and the customers of resellers. A separate panel will be made for this.
If you find any problems with the new panel then please open a support ticket.
Extra notes:
Customers with transcoders will also see their transcoders inside this control panel
Premium networks servers are going to be added in the next few days
AutoDJ will be added in the next few weeks
Maintenance Type: Server reinstallation
Expected effect on your service: No Connectivity
Expected duration: 60 Minutes approx
Reason for the reboot: To remove cPanel which is not required and uses server resources. Also, to bring the server up to date to make it compatible with our new control panel (coming soon).
This will occur: 11/04/2010 – 12/04/2010

There is going to be maintenance on transcoders to finalise a few things – this may cause each transcoder to go off for no more than 10 seconds before returning to normal. This will start in the next 10 minutes.

Not all premium servers were updated a couple of days back so the remaining ones will be done shortly. Again, no downtime expected but there is an ‘at risk’ period for the next hour or so.

Routine maintenance will be performed on all Premium network Shoutcast, AutoDJ and Transcoder servers during office hours tomorrow. No downtime is expected.

USA3-PN seems to have ground to a halt – an engineer is on their way to check this and I’ll post any updates here.
UPDATE: Server back on within a few minutes.
