One of the UK networks is out at the minute affecting uk1-adj, uk1-pn and some dedi’s. It isn’t expected to last long.
The server EU1 has just come back on after a reboot. The outage was for a couple of minutes, after some time of slowness. We are investigating the cause.
We are experiencing packet loss on usa7-vn, this is being worked on and we expect things to be back to normal shortly. Thank you for your patience.
The issue was a power outage, power has now been restored. We expect no more problems.

We are experiencing a network issue which is affecting usa8-vn. We hope to have this fixed shortly.
The new website has finally been launched along with our new 100% SLA on premium network streaming services.
There shouldn’t be any but there is is a possibility of the odd bug on the new site, if you find any or the new ordering system doesn’t work for you then please get in touch and we’ll look in to that.
The outage latest about 2 minutes, all systems are now back online. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
There is a problem with some of the USA premium network, this is being worked on and we expect it to be resolved shortly.
I’m pleased to announce that all premium network Shoutcast servers have been added to the new control panel at http://streampanel.mixstream.net/
If you have Shoutcast servers on the premium network, then you can log in with the same details that you use for your billing account. You will now see all of your servers under a single control panel.
The overall aim of the new control panel is to bring all streaming services ‘under one roof’ so that there are not multiple panels to log in to for customers that are hosted on different value/premium servers.
There are some limitations:
- If your billing username(email) is different to that of your normal control panel login, then the servers won’t be displayed. If this is the case then please open a support ticket to get your account updated.
- The new panel will not yet work for resellers and the customers of resellers. A separate panel will be made for this.
If you find any problems with the new panel then please open a support ticket.
We are making some changes to the database used for storing Shoutcast and AutoDJ server settings in order to start the changeover to our new control panel.

The premium network control panel will be unavailable during this time. This will not affect any streams.
If the unavailability of the control panel is causing you any problems then please open a support ticket and any changes or restarts will be made.
