Meta
There will be a short outage on this server to perform a hardware upgrade, it shouldn’t last long. This is planned for today or tomorrow but we don’t yet have a fixed timeslot so I’ll update this page when I know.

There is a lot of packet loss at the moment, but this is being worked on and we expect the server to be back to normal shortly.
UPDATE: This only seems to be affecting some locations, others appear to be unaffected.

This server is on the Premium Network. If you have been affected by this outage, then please contact us before the 7th of next month as you may be entitled to compensation under our Service Level Agreement.

The server is being rebooted for maintenance and should be back on within a few minutes- AutoDJ streams should also start back up automatically.

The server is now back up and running – the flash player is up.
Please allow some time for the graphs to come back – I’m hoping that the backups will mean that no data is lost but from previous experience, it can be a bit tricky.

It seems like the old disk has fully died so I’m having to go with plan B and restore from a backup from here. This will take some time to upload and configure.

Still having issues with the server. The old drive doesn’t seem to be working still and I’d prefer to get the data from it so that the history graph data isn’t lost.
If it’s not sorted by tomorrow then I’ll have to go ahead and do a fresh install, but that hopefully won’t happen.
Apologies for the amount of time it’s taking, but it can’t be helped I’m afraid.
