We have brought the AutoDJ service under our new control panel which is at http://streampanel.mixstream.net. If you have an AutoDJ account then please start using the new address.
You should log in using the same email and password that you use for the billing/support area – the point of the change is to bring all services under a single login which is now the case with all non-reseller accounts.
If your AutoDJ services don’t show up in the new panel then please contact support – this could be that your username on the old panel doesn’t match your billing username (which is you email address).
The new features will be added to AutoDJ in the near future, but the new control panel has all of the same functionality as the old panel.
The server has been successfully rebooted and everything is back up and running.
The server uk1-vn will be rebooted shortly due to some slowness on servers and the control panel not working. We expect the reboot to take place shortly and this will cause an outage of 5 minutes or so. Notifications will be posted here when the server goes down and comes back up.
Servers should start back up, but if yours doesn’t then please log in to start it or open a support ticket if that doesn’t work.

This server is on the Premium Network. If you have been affected by this outage, then please contact us before the 7th of next month as you may be entitled to compensation under our Service Level Agreement.
