The server uk2-vn has been rebooted after some maintenance. Please allow 10 minutes for it to come back
The scheduled reboot was carried out at 12:34am and the server was back up and running at 12:37am – the total downtime was 3 mins. This has resolved the login issue and all streams have started back up automatically.

Expected downtime: under 5 minutes
Maintenance window: 12am – 1am, 31st March
While performing an update, the server seems to have gone into read-only mode unexpectedly so I’ll reboot it at around 12am – 1am or until someone complains about the unavailability of the control panel.
This isn’t affecting streams which is why I’m not going to reboot it immediately, however you will find that once logged in you get logged back out again until the reboot is complete.
PS, we are now on BST (GMT+1)

uk2-vn is being rebooted as I’ve just found that it has gone into readonly mode. It should be back up shortly.
UPDATE (14:51): Server came back up within a couple of minutes and is now running smoothly.

I will be performing an update on the systems used for stopping/starting streams today. All shoutcast streams will need restarting, but this will only cause a few seconds of downtime and then the servers will come back up automatically.
This is intended to resolve any issues with servers randomly stopping as reported by a small number of customers.
The restarts will be performed over the next few hours.
UPDATE: This is now complete on all servers apart from USA3-VN which needs some more work before the change can be made. Updates will be posted here on any maintenance. This will be within the next week.
I’ll be rebooting uk2-vn shortly due to some problems with the login system
UPDATE (18:48): It might take a little longer than expected to get to the bottom of this. It is being worked on.
UPDATE (18:56): I found the problem with sessions not being saved and this has now been fixed.

usa2-vn has just crashed, this is being looked into and the server will be rebooted and back online shortly.

update: Motherboard swapped, networking settings updated. Server is back online.
