There is currently an issue affecting most USA value network servers. This is being worked on and will be back to normal soon.
There seems to be packet loss to some locations on some of the USA Value network servers. This is being worked on.
The power supply was found to be faulty. This has been replaced and we expect no more problems with this server.

We are looking in to the problem with USA4-VN as it’s crashed for the second time today. This is very unusual and may mean that there’s some hardware issue that needs to be addressed.
